600th USASA Company, Det A, Ravenna Italy, 1962-1965
 Was at Det A from April 1962 - March 1965. Got out of Army in 1965, was a reporter for a newspaper in Lancaster, Pa., then for the Associated Press in Philly. Then became a P.R. man for Sunoco oil company (13 years), Campbell Soup Co. (13 years) and American Water Works Company (2 years). Retired in 1997 and now goof off and do a little free-lance P.R. consulting and drink beer.
