Was a 056/05D at Torii Station, Okinawa, 1962-1968. Worked on Trick 2 or straight days most of the time.
Married an Okinawan. Retired as a MSG, E8, in 1984.
Would like to hear from anyone who was at Torii Station in the 60's, especially those who worked in SIT. In the past, I have been in contact with George Hasik, Steve Swoverland and Mike Rowe from Torii. I am in almost daily contact with Joe Shapiro, who married a Chinese girl, retired from the Army and now lives in Tampa, FL.
